2025 Summer Camp Scholarship

The Boonshoft Museum of Discovery is a non-profit organization. In order to maximize the impact of funds which have been granted to our organization in the form of summer camp scholarships, the Boonshoft Museum will cover the costs of tuition by either 25%, 50%, or 75% pending a demonstrated need for financial assistance. Approved scholarship recipients will be required to pay the remaining balance of their Summer Camp tuition at the time of registration.

Applications will be accepted as long as camp registration is open and funds remain available.

A scholarship does not guarantee you a spot in the camp and some camps may already be at max capacity.

Because scholarship funding is limited we ask that applicants complete the process as soon as possible. Recipients will be notified as soon as they are approved, but please note that scholarships may NOT be applied retroactively to camps for which you have already registered. Approval can take up to two (2) weeks from the date that the application is complete.

Recipients will have a month to use the scholarships. If not used within one month the funds will be redistributed to other applicants.

Each camper is required to have their own scholarship application submitted.

* Camps spaces are not reserved for children with scholarships but are offered on a first come, first-serve basis.
* Scholarship recipients are NOT guaranteed a space in any particular DSNH camp.
* Scholarship may NOT be applied retroactively to camps for which I have already registered.
* Tuition balance is due, in full, upon registration. Payments can be made electronically or in person at the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery.
