In honor of International Sloth Day this year, our zoo team will host a special program in our Caryl D. Philips Space Theater on October 19th & 20th featuring Patience, our two-toed sloth! Learn about sloths, sloth conservation, and the role zoos play in conservation across the globe.
Participants will have the opportunity to take a photo with Patience and all the proceeds will go to the Sloth Conservation Fund.
October 19th at 12:00p (seating will begin at 11:45a)October 20th at 12:30p (seating will begin at 12:15p)The program will last approximately 20 minutes and will be the same both days.
This program is $5 per participant (2 and under are free) by registration only and in addition to normal museum admission. Guests will need to show their confirmation to the front desk and either pay admission or be checked in as a DSNH member. You will receive a wrist band for entry into the Space Theater after check-in.
